Pinta Asunción Art Week, formerly known as Pinta Sud | ASU, will take place in 2025 from August 6 to 10, marking its fourth edition.
With its extensive contemporary art and cultural programming throughout the city, Pinta Asunción Art Week becomes an unmissable opportunity to discover an ever-growing art scene, along with a unique cultural, gastronomic, and tourist tradition.
This major event will unfold over five days with activities across different locations in the city, including exhibitions, artist studio visits, guided tours through prominent galleries and museums, as well as an impressive FORUM with invited international specialists.

This edition of Pinta Sud | ASU brought together curators and key figures from the local and international art scene. The curators responsible for various exhibition proposals were Ticio Escobar, Lia Colombino, Fredi Casco, Alban Martínez Gueyraud, Gustavo Riego, Damián Cabrera, Bettina Brizuela, Javier Medina Verdolini, Thiago Sant'Ana, Fernando Moure, and Félix Toranzos. Additionally, Majo Fiorio and Luis Ocampos Pompa were part of the Young Curators Program.
On the other hand, FORO, the conversation series, featured the following international guests: Isabella Lenzi, Inés Katzenstein, Cuauhtemoc Medina, Raphael Fonseca, Bianca Bernardo, María Amalia García, Vivian Crockett, Isabella Rjeille, Luciana Pereira, and Solano Benítez. This program was curated by Adriana Almada, with the support of Irene Gelfman, global curator of Pinta.

A partnership was sealed between the Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean and Pinta Asunción Art Week with the signing of a valuable commitment to cooperation and culture between Jorge Srur (Representative in Paraguay and Southern Regional Manager) and Diego Costa Peuser (Global Director of Pinta)
